here at pilgrim's tail, we understand that plans can shift, and we are committed to being as flexible as possible to accommodate change.

our top priority is to provide the best care for your pet, and we dedicate a lot of time and effort into providing the best pet care in town. however, last-minute schedule changes result in increased admin and lost income for our team. our cancellation policy is in place to ensure we are compensated for reserved time and can continue maintaining our livelihoods.

dog walking:

cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service; otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply.

• cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

• cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service will be charged at the full amount of the scheduled service.​
   

pet sitting drop-ins:

cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service; otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply.

• cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

• cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service will be charged at the full amount of the scheduled service.​

overnight pet sitting and day care:

cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled service; otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply.​​

• cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fee.

• cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee.

• cancellations made within 12-24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged at the full amount of the scheduled service.
